Refunds and Returns
Shipping is free to get it to you, if you would like to return a pair of Shortys you bought because you would like a different size then it is your responsibility to do the following.
1. Contact email@example.com with your name, order number and the size/style you would like to exchange.
2. Buy print and package the items and ship to the address listed on the packing slip in the items you received.
After Shortys has Received your items we will asses the state of purchased Items, because of the nature of the liner of the shorts and the underwear nature of the inner-spandex liner, if Shortys have been worn and are not able to be Re-sold, they will be deemed unfit for return. In that case your items will not be eligible for refund.
If the case is that your items are unused we will accept the return and fulfill your new order within 2-3 business days of receiving the item you wish to exchange.
If you would like to return a pair of Shortys because you simply do not want them, and they were not bought during a seasonal or event type promotion, please follow steps 1 and 2 in the previous paragraph. Once items are received and assessed after receiving them within 20 days of purchase, we will refund your item total, the case where your items have been worn/used the purchaser will not be eligible for a refund.
If there is a case where your items show up damaged or in unfit condition, please send picture and explanation of damage of items to Contact@shortysca.com. In that case we will send you a new pair of same style and color.
IMPORTANT PLS READ: During seasonal promotions and in-person events, All Sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, due to the nature of our promotions our items are heavily discounted and not subject to return. Thank you.
All International sales are final regardless of promotion or not.
